Finally, the closing costs on the timeshare resale market are generally much cheaper making buying a timeshare on the timeshare resale market a much better idea than buying from the resort developers.

Firstly we will help you handle all the reservations for your entire trip. Secondly, the owners of the timeshares featured on this site are willing to give you a better price than the resort will. In many cases they just want their annual maintenance fees paid.
What if I'M not quite ready to buy a timeshare because I'm afraid of paying for something first without knowing for sure how I'll like it?
We suggest you rent a timeshare from one of our customers for your next vacation. Not only will you have a great time without having to go through the resort, but you will also get to give it a "test drive".
How much do you charge for your service?
The service is completely free for buyers as well as renters. All you pay is the agreed upon selling or rental price and the closing cost when buying directly to the owner. How do I make an offer on a property I saw featured on this site?
All you have to do is contact us with the offer by clicking the "contact agent" link for the listing you are interested in. The link is located just below the list of amenities. We will forward it directly to the owner for their approval. Don't forget to ask us about receiving a free gift for making an offer!
What if my offer to buy or rent was rejected?
No problem, we will keep submitting your offer to other owners until we find an owner who is willing to accept it.
My offer to buy was accepted. What happens next?
Now we refer you to a finance company if needed to complete the sale. Once you are financially able to complete the purchase we will refer you and the seller to an outside agency to handle the closing and all of the paperwork. This can be done via mail, fax, and phone.
My offer to rent was accepted. What happens next?
We will put you in direct contact with the owner. Most owners will want you to pay them with certified funds. This is usually a cashier's check or wire transfer. Once the owner receives your payment we will help you set up the reservations with the resort and any other trip details.
