Our service is totally free as we do not charge any fees to buyer's and renters. Sellers and those looking to rent out their timeshare pay a service fee when the property successfully sells and or rents. The fees to owners wishing to rent out or sell their property(s) are below. Prices are subject to change with or without notice.

| Platinum | $601 Upon Successful Sale | 180 day marketing of your timeshare for rent and sale |
| Featured Upgrade | Pay $29 in advance. | Gives your listing priority placement on the homepage and in search results |
| Renew Silver | Deduct $29 from back end service fee after paying $29 renewal fee. | Additional 180 day marketing of your timeshare for rent |
| Renew Gold | Deduct $29 from back end service fee after paying $29 renewal fee. | Additional 180 day marketing of your timeshare for sale |
| Renew Platinum | Deduct $29 from back end service fee after paying $29 renewal fee. 1st renewal is free of charge. |
